Distance sales, cancellation and refunds

1. Seller and service

The seller’s name, address and contact details are at the foot of this page. The service is a cloud-based digital signage and QR service in the plan you choose; no physical goods are delivered.

2. Plan, price and payment

The plan’s scope, limits and the total price including taxes are shown in the order summary before you pay. Payment is taken on the payment institution’s secure page; your card details are never shared with us.

3. Renewal

A monthly or annual subscription renews for the same period at the end of each period unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time: on the Subscription page of the panel or by writing to info@tabela.tv. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep using the service until then.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, the Regulation on Distance Contracts gives you fourteen days to withdraw. If performance began with your consent, the right can be limited for digital services within the Regulation’s exceptions, in which case the amount is calculated in proportion to the part already performed.

Organisations buying for business purposes have no withdrawal right, but the cancellation right in this document applies to them as well.

6. Refunds

Refunds that are due are returned by the original payment method within fourteen days of the request reaching us. The same period applies to duplicate or erroneous charges; your bank’s posting time may add to it.

7. Invoice

An invoice for each payment is sent to your registered email address and can be found on the Subscription page in the panel.

8. Disputes

For consumer disputes, within the monetary limits, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence.
