1. Data controller
The data controller is the service provider whose legal name and address appear at the foot of this page. Contact: info@tabela.tv.
2. Personal data processed
Identity and contact (name, email, organisation name), transaction security (session logs, IP address, audit log), customer transactions (subscription and billing details) and device information. We do not store your card details; the payment institution processes them.
3. Purposes of processing
Membership and delivery of the service, formation and performance of the contract, billing, information security, answering support requests, meeting statutory duties and improving the service.
4. Legal grounds
Under Article 5/2 of the Law: the processing is necessary to form and perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, to establish, exercise or protect a right, and for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Any other processing relies on your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Data may be transferred to hosting, storage, email, notification and payment providers and to bodies authorised by law. Transfers to providers abroad follow the conditions of Article 9 of the Law.
6. How data is collected
Data is collected electronically through sign-up and subscription forms, use of the panel, screen players and contact channels.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know who it is transferred to, ask for correction, deletion or destruction and for these to be notified to recipients, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.

Send your requests in writing or by email to info@tabela.tv. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
