Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the tabela.tv website, the management panel, the mobile apps, the screen players and the mobile pages opened by QR code.

2. Data we collect

Account: name, email, organisation name, role, language preference and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Device: screen pairing code, platform, model and version, connection status and playback logs.

Usage: sign-in times and an audit log of actions taken in the panel.

Content: the images, videos, text and menus you upload.

QR visitors: form answers, ratings, staff calls and the language the page was shown in. We process this for your business (see section 4).

3. Why we use it

To deliver the service and get broadcasts to your screens, protect your account, give support, run subscriptions and billing, improve the service and meet legal obligations.

4. Our roles

For your account and billing data, Tabela.TV is the data controller. For answers left by QR visitors, your business is the controller and Tabela.TV is the processor.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it with hosting, storage, email, notification and payment partners only as far as needed to run the service, and may disclose it to authorities when legally required.

6. Retention

We keep data while your account is open and for statutory retention periods. When you close your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymise whatever we are not obliged to keep.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted (TLS). Each organisation’s data is kept separate, and access is limited by role and branch. No system is entirely free of risk, however.

8. Your rights and how to apply

You may access, correct, delete, object to the processing of and port your data. Details are in the KVKK notice. To apply: info@tabela.tv.

The service is not aimed at people under 18. When we update this policy we change the effective date on this page.
